Christ Community Theological Institute & Seminary is committed to preparing men to serve in the pastoral ministry.
Each year churches and ministers call for admissions and ordinations. CCTIAS graduates serve as Apostles, Pastors, Prophets, Teachers  and Evangelists in Churches and ministries across nations. An important step after a man is called to the ministry is his training and ordination.

CCTIAS is a trifurcated Christian, non-traditional, distance learning education ministry of Christ Community Conference for Churches and Clergy (CCCFORCC), an incorporated non-profit religious organization established since 1994 which offers exclusive training for equipping and commissioning of members of the Body of Christ called to the ministry and to serve as Church leaders, Christian workers and Bible scholars who will orient to the word of God, shepherd the Lord’s flock, observe the ordinances, teach and edify the saints and evangelize for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. This program has great benefit of prestige, honor, promotion and aristocracy for ministers with a call, training and their own Church or ministry.

CCTIAS is here to train people who are looking for spiritual self-enrichment and also for those who wish to use such a formal training in Bible and Theology for Christian ministry-related purposes. This program is not for academic pursuit or secular traditional education. All activities of this incorporation are for religious purposes only. Over four thousand (4,000) protégés have graduated from this institution and 2,000 commissioned and ordained upon the recommendations of their Churches and ministries.

CCTIAS is not meant for theological training for the sake of getting jobs or acquiring degrees for fame. Applicants whose primary purpose is to seek a job after their studies should look elsewhere for a Bible Seminary that trains people for jobs and should not look to CCTIAS to meet such a requirement. That is simply not part of our mission or vision but for Christian calling, professional learning and global evangelization and some part or whole of its activities may be sponsored by Accredited Religious Exemption Institutions in the USA which offer course lessons and diplomas and degrees. Degree credentials are to upgrade your ministerial status, prestige in ministry and authenticate your acquired knowledge through the ecclesiastical establishments.

CCTIAS is to preserve the integrity of its mission and legacy by the grace of God; To defend and To teach sound doctrine through proper interpretation of the scriptures governed by grammatical, historical and contextual hermeneutics and in a manner consistent with the scripture and to prepare Christian men and women professionally for full-time resource center for Bible-believing Christians.

CCTIAS does not ordain anyone because you attended and graduated from this institution unless you are recommended by your Church which is handled by the Ordination Committee in another adjunct ministry.
Similarly, diploma and degree credentials are not automatically issued to graduates because you attended and completed the course until you have fulfilled the entire requirements-fixed fee fully paid; class assignments plus monthly reports and final tests (diploma class) and dissertation or thesis (degree class) completed and submitted on time for evaluation and approval. Certificate of Excellence is specially issued to degree graduates who excelled in their ministerial performances by the Senate Council of CCTIAS and Certificate of Induction as member of the International Council of Ministers (ICOM) in addition to the credential issued from religious exempt accredited University or Seminary; Not the State, National, Traditional or Substantive institutions.

CCCFORCC/CCTIAS as a private religious organization does not participate in federal funding, financial aide or any government scholarship. Fees paid are self-finance by the student.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE HONOR CODE UPON ENROLLMENT INTO THE CCTIAS signifying that they have read and understood the Honor Code and are willing to abide by the principles set in here as an abiding Christian. You are on your way to be one of the outstanding ministers of this generation. Move on! Don’t look back and stop! Move on! The spirit of Honor Code is for the purpose of self-governance, self-respect and self-discipline. As members of the Christ Community Organization, our Honor Code is a commitment first, to uphold the beliefs and service to God, second to uphold our dignity and third to interact and serve our fellow men and women in unique and freedom way of living based on the scriptures.

Our Motto:
WE TEACH, GUARD AND SANCTIFY!
We teach, learn and listen!
We guard against false doctrines!
We keep holiness alive; we ordain or consecrate as the instruments of God's Ministers.

Regarding our Annual Convocations system, it may be rotational according to our Constitution Article. We have done Convocations in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and America. Convocations in Africa attract huge attendances about one thousand and over with 50 ordinands. The beauty of it is every Bishop-elect, Apostle-elect or Ordinand brings his/her whole members to the Convocation to grace the occasion.
